Hello well my news today consists of being ill well to go in to detail, a sore throat, headache and feeling run down, if anyone who know me is reading this then that description would sound fairly normal for me on a day-to-day basis, and it is probably true but I think you know when you are ill and I am ill, wait a sec got to go to the toilet...
